The Trainers rules

 

Uniform in O-Sport
Athletes from white belt to black belt can wear black coat & red short that stamp the sign of O-Sport Federation in front and back of it.

 The Belt degrees in O-Sport
1. White belt
2. Yellow belt
3. Orange belt
4. Green belt
5. Brown belt
6. Black belt
(From 1st Dan to 10th Dan)

Yellow Belt:
Yellow belt confer to the athletes, who pass 3 mounts from his/her exercise at least.

The Yellow Belt Techniques:
Esteghrare nabard, Chap , Rast, Toran, Totan,  Tosar ,  Pagiry totan, Pagiry tosar, Defa.
Meanwhile, the athlete's physical readiness and body building should be considered.

Orange Belt:
Orange belt confers to the athletes, who pass at least 3 mounts from his/her yellow certificate.

The Orange Belt Techniques:
Bol, Chakoshi, Chkoshi az dakhel , Chkoshi az biron, Kondeh, Das, Boreshi, Sar zirbaghal, Gardangiry.

Green Belt:
Green belt confers to the athletes, who pass at least 3 mounts from his/her orange certificate.

The Green Belt Techniques:
PishraviMarpich, Moshtpich, Boreshi boland, Kobeshi, Fane kamar, Leng, Laie , Pasravi Tighehpa.

Brown Belt:
Brown belt confers to the athletes, who pass at least 6 mounts from his/her green certificate.

The Brown Belt Techniques:
Poshtmosht, Golmosht Charkh , kolandaz, Salto, Pishravi, Kenar Ravi, Charkhehi, Tigheh Charkheshi, Pareshi (Pich papich, Kobeshi Pareshi, Charkhehi Pareshi).
At this unit, also the compound techniques and control fighting techniques is educated.
At this unit, the matches are special to light contact brown belt. In fact it is the way of entrée to the matches.

Conferment the yellow Belt until brown Belt   
Conferment of The yellow belt until brown belt is responsible for the WOF's official trainers, who announce results to the National Federation, after internal examinations and certificate.  Also the trainers request the official certificate for athletes.   

Black belt:
Black belt confers to the athletes, who pass at least 1 year from his/her brown certificate.

The Black belt techniques:
Poshtmosht, Balapareshi, Tosarpareshi, Pareshi, Fonone Goshtingiri.
At this unit, also the compound techniques and control fighting techniques is educated. Now the athlete is educated enough ability to fighting.
Meanwhile, the athlete's body building should be considered stronger.
All of the Black belt peoples should pass the fighting set; it is just for trainers and they learn ring strategy & advanced fighting techniques in this set.

Conferment the Black belt 
Conferment of the Black belt is after the annually examination by supervision of World Federation representative with technical committee, and after success in all examination levels.  

Respects in WOF
Respect to the master and the seniors are like Iranian methods. As when the master enters to the class, the class's senior announce his/her entrance to the other athletes and the athletes make lines according to their degrees. Then the class's senior uses stand up word or attention and the athletes respect the master by telling the salutation and also stoop, after that the master also respond and respect them.
