حضور او-اسپرت در همایش «نقشه راه قهرمانی»

نخستین همایش «نقشه راه قهرمانی» ویژه سرمربیان تیم‌های ملی، امروز چهار‌شنبه 3 دی، به میزبانی کمیته ملی المپیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران و در محل آکادمی ملی المپیک و پارالمپیک برگزار شد.

این همایش با حضور محمود خسروی‌وفا رئیس کمیته ملی المپیک، دکتر مهین فرهادی‌زاد نایب‌رئیس کمیته ملی المپیک، دکتر مهدی علی‌نژاد دبیرکل کمیته ملی المپیک، دکتر محمد تابع رئیس آکادمی ملی المپیک، مینو مداح رئیس کمیسیون مربیان کمیته ملی المپیک و ثریا آقایی عضو رسمی کمیته بین‌المللی المپیک (IOC) برگزار شد.

در این نشست، موضوع تدوین چارچوب راهبردی توسعه ورزش قهرمانی (نقشه راه قهرمانی) با حضور اعضای کمیسیون مربیان کمیته ملی المپیک و سرمربیان تیم‌های ملی فدراسیون‌ها و انجمن‌های ورزشی مورد بحث و تبادل نظر قرار گرفت.

در جریان این همایش، دکتر محمدقاسم منوچهری، رئیس انجمن او-اسپرت جمهوری اسلامی ایران (OSAIRI)، ضمن تشریح اجمالی برنامه‌های توسعه‌ای رشته‌های تحت پوشش این انجمن، با تأکید بر جایگزینی ورزش‌های بامانع به‌جای رشته سوارکاری در تمامی رویدادهای آتی پنج‌گانه مدرن، از بازی‌های آسیایی ۲۰۲۶ ناگویا تا المپیک ۲۰۲۸ لس‌آنجلس، به تشریح ابعاد این تحول پرداخت.

وی همچنین ضمن قدردانی از تدوین برنامه پیشنهادی و پیش‌نویس دوره «مستر توانمندسازی مربیان تیم‌های ملی» که توسط مرکز نظارت بر تیم‌های ملی کمیته ملی المپیک تهیه شده است، با اشاره به روند رو‌به‌رشد ورزش‌های بامانع، ورزش‌های ذهنی و ورزش‌های الکترونیکی و نیز چشم‌انداز برگزاری نخستین المپیک ورزش‌های الکترونیکی در سال ۲۰۲۷ ریاض و نخستین دوره بازی‌های آسیایی ورزش‌های ذهنی در سال ۲۰۲۷ قزاقستان، بر ضرورت بازنگری و به‌روزرسانی محتوای این دوره‌ها با رویکردی راهبردی و متناسب با تحولات نوین ورزش جهان تأکید کرد.

این پیشنهاد با استقبال رئیس مرکز نظارت بر تیم‌های ملی کمیته ملی المپیک و حاضرین مواجه شد.

 

 

First “Championship Roadmap” Conference Held

Tehran, December 24

The inaugural “Championship Roadmap” conference for national team head coaches was held today, Wednesday, December 24, at the National Olympic and Paralympic Academy, hosted by the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Iranian NOC).

The event was attended by Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa, President of the National Olympic Committee; Dr. Mahin Farhadizad, Vice President; Dr. Mehdi Alinejad, Secretary-General; Dr. Mohammad Tabe, President of the National Olympic Academy; Minoo Maddah, Chair of the Coaches’ Commission; and Soraya Aghaei, Official Member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

The conference focused on developing a strategic framework for elite sports, the Championship Roadmap, with participation from members of the Coaches’ Commission and national team head coaches representing various federations and sports associations.

During the meeting, Dr. Mohammad Ghasem Manouchehri, President of the O-Sport Association of the Islamic Republic of Iran (OSAIRI), provided an overview of the development programs for the disciplines under OSAIRI. He emphasized the replacement of equestrian events with obstacle sports in all upcoming modern pentathlon competitions, from the 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, highlighting the significance of this transition.

Dr. Manouchehri also expressed appreciation for the proposed draft of the Master Program for National Team Coaches’ Empowerment, prepared by the National Teams Supervision Center of the Iranian NOC. He highlighted the rapid growth of obstacle sports, mind sports, and electronic sports, as well as the outlook for the first Electronic Sports Olympics in Riyadh in 2027 and the inaugural Asian Mind Sports Games in Kazakhstan in 2027. He stressed the importance of strategically reviewing and updating the content of these programs to align with emerging global sports trends.

This proposal received strong support from the Head of the National Teams Supervision Center and all participants.
