Recognized National Multi Sports Association by Iranian NOC & Youth and Sports Ministry
سیزدهمین مجمع عمومی و سالیانه انجمن او-اسپرت ایران (OSAIRI) در همدان برگزار شد و طی آن مجموعهای از گزارشها، برنامهها و مصوبات مهم مورد بررسی و تصویب قرار گرفت.
در این نشست که با حضور دکتر محمدقاسم منوچهری، رئیس انجمن، اعضای دارای حق رأی، مسئولان کشوری و لشکری و نمایندگان نهادهای مختلف در سالن همایشهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان برگزار شد، ابتدا سرپرست حوزه دبیرکلی انجمن گزارشی از فعالیتها ارائه کرد و رؤسای انجمنهای استانی نیز عملکرد و برنامههای آینده خود را تشریح کردند.
در ابتدای مجمع، صورتجلسه مجمع عمومی پیشین قرائت و به تأیید اعضا رسید. همچنین بودجه پیشنهادی هیئترئیسه انجمن پس از بررسی، به تصویب مجمع رسید.
همچنین رؤسای کمیتههای مستقل زیر ــ شامل کمیتههایی که دارای عضویت و شناسایی از سوی فدراسیونهای بینالمللی یا قارهای بوده و عضو دارای حق رأی در مجمع عمومی OSAIRI هستند ــ فعالیتها، برنامهها، تقویم داخلی و پیشنهادهای خود را ارائه کردند:
در ادامه، کمیتههای ستادی انجمن نیز گزارش عملکرد، پیشنهادها و انتقادهای خود را مطرح کردند. همچنین گزارشها و پیشنهادهای کمیتههای بازاریابی و اقتصادی، توانیابان و معلولین، نیروهای مسلح و گردشگری ورزشی استماع و بررسی شد.
سپس کمیته انتخابات انجمن، مراسم انتخاب دبیرکل و کارشناس خبره انجمن را برگزار کرد و با رأی قاطع اعضای مجمع، فردوس مراقی به عنوان دبیرکل و حسن حمزه به عنوان کارشناس خبره انتخاب شدند.
از دیگر موضوعات مهم مطرحشده در مجمع میتوان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:
در بخش دیگری از مجمع، نمایندگانی از بخشهای مختلف از جمله صنعت زیبایی، مؤسسه بینالمللی صلح، شهرداری همدان و نیروی انتظامی پیشنهادهایی ارائه کردند که مقرر شد در مجمع بعدی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
در پایان نیز اعلام شد برنامهریزی برای برگزاری بازیهای بینالمللی بشردوستانه ۱۴۰۵ در ایران، با مشارکت چندین فدراسیون بینالمللی، در دستور کار انجمن قرار گرفته است.
13th OSAIRI General Assembly Compelted Successfully
The 13th Annual General Assembly of the O-Sport Association of Iran (OSAIRI) was held in Hamadan, during which a series of important reports, programs, and resolutions were reviewed and approved.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammad Ghasem Manouchehri, President of the Association, voting members, national and military officials, and representatives of various organizations at the conference hall of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. At the beginning of the session, the Acting Secretary-General’s Office presented a report on the Association’s activities, while the heads of provincial associations outlined their performances and future plans.
At the opening of the assembly, the minutes of the previous General Assembly were read and approved by the members. In addition, the proposed budget submitted by the Board of Directors was reviewed and ratified.
The heads of the following independent committees — recognized by international or continental federations (IFs/AFs) and holding voting rights within the OSAIRI General Assembly — also presented their activities, annual calendars, future plans, and proposals:
Subsequently, the Association’s central committees presented their performance reports, suggestions, and critiques. Reports and proposals from the Marketing and Economic Affairs Committee, the Disabled and Para-Sports Committee, the Armed Forces Committee, and the Sports Tourism Committee were also reviewed and discussed.
The Association’s Election Committee then conducted the election process for the positions of Secretary-General and Expert Advisor. By an overwhelming majority vote of the Assembly members, Mr. Ferdows Moraghi was elected as Secretary-General and Mr. Hassan Hamzeh as Expert Advisor.

In another part of the Assembly, representatives from various sectors — including the beauty industry, the International Peace Institute, Hamadan Municipality, and Law Enforcement authorities — presented proposals that are scheduled to be reviewed during the next Assembly.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was announced that preparations are underway for hosting the 2027 Humanitarian International Games in Iran, in cooperation with several international federations, as part of the Association’s future agenda.
