احداث مجموعه تخصصی ورزشهای فضای باز منوچهری در همدان با محوریت فیستبال و فلگبال
این مجموعه با هدف توسعه ورزشهای نوین، استعدادیابی، میزبانی مسابقات و ایجاد پایگاه کمپ تیمهای ملی راهاندازی خواهد شد
همدان ـ طرح احداث و تجهیز «مجموعه تخصصی ورزشهای فضای باز منوچهری» با حمایت و اسپانسرینگ منوچهری پرو و به همت انجمن او-اسپرت ایران در منطقه گردشگری منوچهری شهر همدان در دست اجرا قرار گرفته است؛ مجموعهای که قرار است با محوریت رشتههای فیستبال و فلگبال، به یکی از مراکز تخصصی آموزش، استعدادیابی، برگزاری مسابقات و برپایی اردوهای ورزشی تبدیل شود.
بر اساس این طرح، مجموعه منوچهری علاوه بر ایجاد زیرساخت استاندارد برای برگزاری مسابقات فیستبال و فلگبال، دارای امکانات اقامتی، رفاهی، آموزشی و تفریحی خواهد بود و ظرفیت میزبانی از تیمهای ورزشی، ورزشکاران، مربیان و داوران را فراهم خواهد کرد.
یکی از اهداف اصلی این پروژه، ایجاد بستری برای برگزاری کمپهای تیمهای ملی و اردوهای آمادهسازی ورزشکاران است. همچنین برنامهریزی شده است که این مجموعه در کنار دو رشته اصلی، امکان برگزاری کمپ و برنامههای آموزشی رشتههای مختلف ورزشهای نوین و فضای باز را نیز داشته باشد.
پیشبینی میدانهای استاندارد فیستبال و فلگبال
در بخش فیستبال، میدان مسابقه با ابعاد ۵۰ متر طول و ۲۰ متر عرض و مساحت ۱۰۰۰ مترمربع پیشبینی شده است. در این رشته، هر تیم با ۵ بازیکن در میدان حضور خواهد داشت.
در بخش فلگبال نیز میدان مسابقه بر اساس ساختار استاندارد ۵ نفره طراحی خواهد شد. ابعاد محدوده اصلی بازی ۵۰ یارد طول در ۳۰ یارد عرض، معادل حدود ۴۵٫۷۲ متر در ۲۷٫۴۳ متر است. با احتساب مناطق انتهایی ۱۰ یاردی، طول کلی زمین به حدود ۷۰ یارد، معادل ۶۴ متر خواهد رسید. در این رشته نیز هر تیم با ۵ بازیکن در میدان حضور دارد.
در طراحی اجرایی مجموعه، علاوه بر محدوده اصلی مسابقه، فضای ایمنی پیرامونی، محل استقرار تیمها، داوران، تجهیزات فنی و سایر الزامات مورد نیاز برای برگزاری مسابقات پیشبینی خواهد شد.
چشمانداز بینالمللی
فلگبال در برنامه رسمی بازیهای المپیک لسآنجلس ۲۰۲۸ قرار گرفته است و فیستبال نیز در برنامه تأییدشده بازیهای جهانی ۲۰۲۹ در کارلسروهه آلمان حضور دارد. از این رو، توسعه زیرساختهای تخصصی این دو رشته در ایران میتواند در چارچوب برنامههای بلندمدت توسعه ورزش قهرمانی و آمادهسازی ورزشکاران کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
بر همین اساس، مجموعه منوچهری با هدف ایجاد ظرفیت برای برگزاری اردوهای ملی، مسابقات انتخابی، برنامههای استعدادیابی، دورههای آموزشی مربیان و داوران و مسابقات داخلی و بینالمللی طراحی شده است.
توسعه یک مرکز چندرشتهای
برنامه توسعه این مجموعه تنها به فیستبال و فلگبال محدود نخواهد بود. بر اساس طرح ارائهشده، از ظرفیت مجموعه برای برگزاری کمپها و برنامههای آموزشی رشتههایی از جمله ورزشهای با مانع، ورزشهای هایبریدی، چیرلیدینگ، ورزشهای ذهنی مانند گو، درافتس و مورابارا و همچنین ورزشهای مبارزهای نیز استفاده خواهد شد.
این مجموعه با توجه به سابقه فعالیت مرکز در برگزاری برنامهها و کمپهای ورزشی، میتواند در آینده به یک پایگاه چندرشتهای برای ورزشهای نوین و فضای باز تبدیل شود.
امکانات اقامتی و رفاهی
در طرح مجموعه، ایجاد حداقل یک تا دو سوئیت اقامتی برای تیمهای ورزشی پیشبینی شده است. ظرفیت پیشنهادی هر سوئیت ۶ تا ۸ ورزشکار و ظرفیت اولیه اقامت مجموعه ۱۲ تا ۱۶ ورزشکار خواهد بود.
همچنین امکاناتی از جمله رختکن، دوش و سرویسهای بهداشتی، فضای استراحت ورزشکاران، رستوران و کافه، فضای سبز، محل استراحت خانوادهها، فضای آموزشی و جلسات، امکانات تفریحی و سایر خدمات مورد نیاز ورزشکاران در نظر گرفته شده است.
پیوند ورزش و گردشگری
موقعیت مجموعه در منطقه گردشگری منوچهری، امکان پیوند فعالیتهای ورزشی با گردشگری را فراهم میکند. برگزاری مسابقات، اردوهای تیمی و کمپهای آموزشی میتواند زمینه حضور ورزشکاران و تیمهایی از استانهای مختلف و همچنین میزبانی رویدادهای ورزشی را در همدان فراهم کند.
در این چارچوب، «ورزش، اقامت، تفریح و گردشگری» به عنوان چهار محور مکمل بهرهبرداری از مجموعه مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند.
بهرهبرداری از مجموعه در پایان سال ۲۰۲۶
بر اساس برنامه زمانبندی اعلامشده، هدفگذاری شده است که مجموعه تخصصی ورزشهای فضای باز منوچهری در ۱۰ دیماه ۱۴۰۵، برابر با ۳۱ دسامبر ۲۰۲۶ به بهرهبرداری رسمی برسد و برنامه فعالیت سالانه آن از ابتدای سال ۲۰۲۷ آغاز شود.
با بهرهبرداری از این مجموعه، همدان میتواند ظرفیت جدیدی برای میزبانی رویدادهای ورزشهای نوین، اردوهای تیمهای ملی، برنامههای استعدادیابی و توسعه گردشگری ورزشی در اختیار داشته باشد.
مسئولان و دستاندرکاران این پروژه اعلام کردهاند که هدف نهایی، ایجاد مرکزی پایدار برای آموزش، استعدادیابی، ورزش قهرمانی، کمپ تیمهای ملی، برگزاری مسابقات و توسعه گردشگری ورزشی در منطقه منوچهری همدان است. تجهیز و احداث جامع طرح
Manouchehri Outdoor Sports Complex to Be Established in Hamedan with Focus on Fistball and Flag Football
New sports complex aims to support national team camps, athlete development, competitions and sports tourism
HAMEDAN, Iran — A new Manouchehri Outdoor Sports Complex is being developed in the Manouchehri tourism area of Hamedan, Iran, with sponsorship from Manouchehri Pro and in cooperation with the O-SPORT Association of I.R Iran (OSAIRI).
The project is designed as a specialized sports, training, accommodation, recreation and sports-tourism facility, with Fistball and Flag Football as its two principal disciplines.
Beyond hosting competitions, the complex is planned to provide facilities for athlete development, talent identification, coaching and refereeing courses, national team training camps and preparation programs.
Standard Competition Fields for Fistball and Flag Football
The Fistball competition field is planned with dimensions of 50 meters in length and 20 meters in width, covering a main playing area of 1,000 square meters. Fistball is played with five players per team on the field.
The Flag Football field will follow the standard five-a-side format. The main playing field is planned at 50 yards long and 30 yards wide, equivalent to approximately 45.72 meters by 27.43 meters. Including the two 10-yard end zones, the total field length is approximately 70 yards, or 64 meters.
Each Flag Football team will have five players on the field.
The final construction design will also incorporate the required safety areas, team zones, officials' areas and technical infrastructure necessary for competition and training.
International Development Perspective
Flag Football is part of the official sports program for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, providing a significant international development horizon for the sport.
Fistball is also included in the confirmed sports program for The World Games 2029 in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Within this international context, the Manouchehri complex is being designed to provide infrastructure for national-team camps, ion events, talent identification programs, coach and referee education, domestic competitions and potential international events.
A Multisport Training and Camp Facility
The project is not limited to Fistball and Flag Football.
According to the project plan, the facility will also be capable of hosting training camps and educational programs for a range of modern and outdoor sports, including obstacle sports, hybrid sports, cheerleading, mind sports such as Go, Draughts and Morabara, as well as combat sports.
The center's existing experience in hosting training programs and sports camps is intended to provide a foundation for its further development as a multisport facility.
Accommodation, Welfare and Recreation
The project includes accommodation facilities for visiting teams. At the initial stage, one to two accommodation suites are planned, with an estimated capacity of six to eight athletes per suite, providing an initial total capacity of approximately 12 to 16 athletes.

The combination of sporting, accommodation, welfare and recreational infrastructure is intended to allow teams to conduct short-term camps and competitions within a single integrated location.
National Team Camp Vision
One of the project's strategic objectives is to develop the Manouchehri complex as a permanent or recurring training-camp base for national teams in modern and outdoor sports, subject to coordination and approval by the relevant sporting authorities.

Sports Tourism
Located in the Manouchehri tourism area of Hamedan, the project is also designed around the concept of sports tourism.
The combination of competition facilities, accommodation, recreation and tourism can provide an environment for teams and athletes from different Iranian provinces, as well as potential international visitors, to combine sporting activities with tourism experiences in Hamedan.
The project therefore brings together four complementary components:

Planned Opening
According to the current project schedule, the Manouchehri Outdoor Sports Complex is targeted for official opening on 10 Dey 1405, corresponding to December 31, 2026, with the annual operational program scheduled to begin from January 1, 2027.
The planned launch is intended to mark the beginning of a broader program of competitions, training camps, talent identification, educational courses and sports-tourism activities.
A New Platform for Modern and Outdoor Sports in Iran
The long-term vision is to develop the Manouchehri Outdoor Sports Complex into a specialized center for:
Training, talent identification, high-performance sport, national team camps, competitions, education and sports tourism.
With its focus on Fistball and Flag Football, combined with facilities for multisport camps and recreational activities, the project aims to establish a sustainable platform for the development of modern and outdoor sports in Hamedan and across Iran.
